What happens in the skin consultation


Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any  skin concerns and what your skin goals are. We combine that with a full skin examination and assessment, so we can create the right and skincare plan for you.


During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or from so we can fully examine your skin, the texture, thickness and colour which could concerns such as acne or . Your skin will also be under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, congested or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress throughout your treatment plan.

We may recommend a number of options including peels, microneedling or Hydrafacial, and to use at home. Depending on your goals or the severity of your skin concern, we will refer you to a doctor or  nurse. And if you are in injectables as a to the signs of ageing, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber too.

Book a General skin analysis and Consultation skin with a nurse or practitioner. Ideal for those with mild to skin mild acne, skin, open pores, pigmentation, dull skin and mild signs of ageing, or for those who are simply just unsure where to start. Your skin will be fully examined for a number of skin concerns, your skin goals will be assessed, and your personalised treatment plan will be recommended. If you have more pronounced skin that a doctor or , we may refer you, and can also refer you to a nurse or doctor for .


To secure an appointment, we will require a . Your credit or debit card details will be secured against your . For or Nurse consultations we take a fully refundable (subject to terms) deposit of £25 and £50 for Doctor led consultations. Please refer to our for more information.


Your skin lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, your and create a recommended treatment plan.


The is completely free, but we do require a £25 deposit to secure your consultation. You won’t be charged if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your appointment over 48 hours before your in line with our  policy.​


The cost of your treatment and/or skincare plan will be during your consultation, but can start from £59, depending on your clinic.


Your consultation will be with one of our nurses or practitioners with extensive of the skin. Should you have a more severe skin concern, they can also refer you into a doctor or  if you need to see one. Please note these consultations with a doctor or are chargeable and do require a refundable* – please check the consultation price before booking. We can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber for an   if you are concerned about the signs of ageing. We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the consultation if you wish.

Step 4 – Our expert will create a treatment plan for you, which could combine both treatments and an product regime. We may recommend several options including chemical peels, microneedling, laser or Hydrafacial, and to use at home. If you have a more severe concern, such as cystic acne, we will refer you to a doctor. If you are interested in injectables to boost your confidence, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber.
